After experiencing burnout in her teaching career, she transformed her relationship with wellness through meditation, natural remedies, and the wisdom traditions passed down from her grandmother. She specializes in creating accessible approaches to mindful living, from healing drink recipes to morning rituals—that bridge ancient practices and modern life. Nada writes and teaches from her plant-filled apartment, where she continuously experiments with ways to bring more presence, purpose, and peace into everyday moments.
